Question about book I bought at recent anime convention

I bought two books from a FAKKU booth at fanime(anime convention) and was wondering if they come with digital download even though I bought them in person.

Yes you can have them added to your FAKKU account.
Just take a picture of your books with the convention pass.
And then e-mail it to store@fakku.net

Does it matter if I do the contact us on the bottom of this page or should I send them an email? I sent them a contact us thing before I made this thread and still no reply, or do they normally take a few days?

The contact section is fine.
The staff does not work on weekends and Monday was a holiday so they were off.
The average response time is 1 - 2 business days. (Depending on how many people are in front of you.
