Ok this is somewhat weird and dumb... well not sorta since it kind of is...
I go to a trade school, where there are alot of older people and stuff studying different trades...
I dont really know anybody and am not very sociable...
I usually stay by myself both in class and during breaks... and during breaks I go to this somewhat secluded bench next to some stairs where I usually either listen to music, play my PSP, or sketch...
Anyway, there this one girl who always sits in that exact same bench, I think she was sitting there since long before me... and Ive been going to that same trade school since about a year and a half ago... or more I cant really remember...
And we never really talk even though its just the two of us sitting alone there usually... But recently I started talking to her...
My first impression was that she was kind of cold and uninterested in anything at all, but the more I got to talk to her the more I kinda dropped her defenses and she started to open up more and more, she apparently likes gangster movies and other more "mature"-ish material...
But even so I think thats just a front, I think she's just like a closet nerd that likes cute things and all kinda feminine stuff... (I really dont know what women like)...(Lol @ self)
but most of that is besides the point... I was talking with her one day and asked if she liked art and she said that she liked to draw cartoon characters such as Minnie Mouse (which leads me to believe that whole closet nerd, cute thing liking thing) anyway, I told her that I drew sometimes as well and she said "I know I saw you drawing alot before" and I didnt really pay much attention to it...
Then we talked more and realized she had been watching me for a while now, which I found kinda weird since Im probably the most uninteresting guy around...
Anyway back to my main sorta point...
I dunno if it could be some sorta sign that she has some sorta "interest" in me or anything, we really never talk unless I start the conversation and when I do... Its kinda weird cuz she is always listening... but she always answers, I know it could just be common courtesy to listen, but still, I cant help but think that...
Actually there was this EXTREMELY awkward moment once, we were talking about what movies she and I liked and she said how she was probably going to go watch a movie that weekend and I said I might go watch one as well... then there was an awfully long pause (the rest of break time) in all the conversation... and all she said when she left was "well bye"...
...
So yeah...
I dunno what I can do to sorta ask if she has any sorta interest in me or not...

That was a perfect moment.. You could've asked her. Casually, of course. "Wanna go watch a movie?" and if she says "Sure, why not"... well, it'll all fall into place when you get there.

See what else she is interested in. How long have you guys been talking? Does she ever approach you to talk? Lots of info missing. Oh, and the most important one: does she have a boyfriend? I don't know how many times, I thought I had a girl interested in me but then find out later that she's taken. And I end up making a friend rather than a girlfriend or a date, which isn't bad, but not what I intended.
From what you've given me it seems
Negative analysis: She's just listening to be friendly. And probably watching you because your the only guy sitting alone like her. Since she's alone I guess she wants someone to talk to for company. No friends in the class, no one to talk to, shit gets boring, especially if your learning something that you really don't care about but have to do to make a living.
Positive Analysis: She likes you go for it. Let's say a new gangster movie/a movie that she maybe interested comes out, ask her if she would like to join you to go watch it, if she declines, try again another time then if you get another decline, there's your answer. You could try a third time if you wanted.

Ive also thought about if she had a boyfriend or not... but what can I say "Hey good morning do you have a boyfriend?" and no she herself never starts the conversations...
If I dont say something we stay quiet the whole break...
So yeah it could all be in my over-thinking brain...

...
I guess before anything I should find out if she actually has any interest right? ha ha...
...

I say before anything try to find out if she has a boyfriend haha. It would suck if she wants to go to a movie with you but she brings her boyfriend and you play second fiddle.
Hmm..she's either the quiet type or she's not interested. Hey, if anything keep talking to her, see if you guys can open up more and if anything you'll walk out with a friend.

I'll post whatever happens here...
But I'd maybe like some more advice as to what I can do, because some of the girls Ive been with before, everything just kinda happened without me even thinking about it and this time Im thinking about it alot... Since Im no longer a fucking kid who only thinks with his dick...
And I guess im trying to get serious about certain things...
...
Meh... Well I'd like any advice I could get...

Let's say a new gangster movie/a movie that she maybe interested comes out, ask her if she would like to join you to go watch itThis is probably the worst idea i've heard. It could work, if you lived in a FANTASY WORLD, but in REAL LIFE stuff don't roll like that.
I've no idea why people keep making these threads. It's most likely none of us will be able to help you. So just do whattever you think is best, and see how it turns out.

Psssht,Pessimist answer. Don't listen to him it's happened plenty in my life the hardest part is to casually hint towards it.Ask if she has seen "Harry Brown" or something like that. You talk to someone enough about a subject there is bound to be at least 2 openings of which you could take advantage of

Really you never asked a girl out before when a new movie is released? I mean it's a great topic starter and easy way to ask her out. I don't see how this only happens in a FANTASY WORLD and not in REAL LIFE.
