In answer to the thread, men are generally physically stronger than women. Rape rarely happens to men because they can break free if they aren't being held by shackles or if no sleeping drugs/chloroform was involved. That, and there's no real call for male rape to be produced. There is a small few out there, just got to Google it or something.
