Thanks for the share, it's always good to have quality online resources for recipes and whatnot. Just the other day (although I realize the cooking method is ridiculously simple) I had to actually look up how to properly prepare chestnuts. i was originally going for roasted, but then opted for boiled because the online article recommended it (higher yield of edible ones, less risk of burning them, etc). For sure, online cooking resources are valuable.
