Recipes from the Goat

I like to think of myself as a guy who knows his way around the kitchen, and I like to share some of my ideas and things I make with others, in hopes that they find them useful.
Here's a few things that I like to fix.
Chilpotle Roast Pork:
Time:
Prep: 10-15 min
Cook: 8-9 hours
What you need:
1 3lb pork roast
3 cloves fresh garlic crushed
8oz diced green chilies
8oz Chilpotle sauce
2/3 cup water
In a crock pot place the pork roast, and add water. Place crushed garlic atop roast, and then pour chilpotle sauce over roast, top with green chiles, and cover. Cook on high for 8 hours. Remove roast from crock pot and with two forks shred meat then put in sauce pot and pour sauce from crock pot over, stir in and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
Easy Microwave No Bake Cookies:
Time:

Cook: 5
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked

Remove bowl carefully as it can be extremely hot. spoon in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and oats. Stir till mixed and spoon out small portions onto wax paper and leave to sit till hardened.
I'll post a few more later as I get my recipes in order.
