I would tone down the brightness a bit or something. In fact, just compare it to your current sig and you can tell what I'm talking about. It's not easy on the eyes. Plus it seems a little dead (which is weird considering the bright colours) Maybe it's lacking depth.
On the plus side, headphones always look cool and her face is nice to look at, particularly the nose and how it points upward :D (noses are super important! =O)

These are quite average, you should work on the text on some of them, they look a bit awkward.
Also the blending needs a little work, for example the first signature; the contrast between the focal and the background seems strange, try smudging the man a little.
Although the lighting is a bit weird, I like the one with headphones :)
