(I looked back through the past posts, but couldn't find any similar topic, so forgive me if this has been done before)

The question is "What is your Sport Hero"
Who is the sports man/woman who inspires you and why?

Mine has to be Steven Bradbury - the first Australian to ever win a gold medal in the Winter Olympics. A true underdog, which showed the importance of never giving up, no matter what the odds, since there is always, however slim, a chance of winning. (I think the video says it all...)

Eric Cantona. He is the bi- to Charlie Sheen's WINNING.
