I'd steal a genies lamp
Wish one is as much peace as the world can handle, for I don't believe total world peace will ever be possible to maintain.
Wish two is the ability to give myself any superpower or special ability I desire if I think about it long enough.
Wish three is for more wishes. If that doesn't work, I'd wish for more genies lamps. If that doesn't work I'd wish to have a clone of the genie that believes I just picked up its lamp so he'll give me wishes instead.
If that doesn't work, I'd wish to spread happiness to those less fourtonate and those in need, then using my power from wish 2 give myself the ability to rewind time but still retain my memories and powers and previous wishes.
Repeat until satisfied.

I would probably steal someone else's life, and by that I mean that I would be them, not one of the other things that could be interpreted by that. I would just like to live an at least slightly better life if I could.
