Your lineart is quite good. It's relatively smooth and clean, and I really like the complex designs you have decorating her armor. Her face reminds me a bit of the old-style anime cartoons like Sailor Moon, and there's certainly nothing wrong with that. I don't see anything particularly wrong with her worth noting aside from some small proportion errors. Her arm that's sticking out is a bit too long and her navel is a tad too low. You've drawn her hips rather wide, but if that's a stylistic choice it's fine with me.
As for color, I'm assuming that you're coloring in Photoshop. If so, lay off the burn tool- it's best too choose the colors you use for shadows rather than rely on a tool to give you a sickly and unpleasant looking color. Furthermore, you should stay away from just shading along the edges of the lines because it will make your character look bland and flat. Choose a light source and a direction and imagine your character is three dimensional. Giving just her nose, lips, or even her head a casting shadow can improve the amount of depth in the picture greatly.
I did a quick coloring to give you an example of what I mean, and I hope that you agree she looks a bit more fleshed out.

All in all, I think you've drawn a nice girl. Just keep practicing! :)

jerk reporting in lol.
hmmm... like yagami said.
I like the style you did it was kinda the style that I wanted to do when I first started so I could work my way up and reminds me of those how to draw books because your art looks really similar IMO, if you are using photoshop its best to stay away from that tool and try to avoid pillow shading as well...
other then that they look good XD

Wow...thanks for the Advices......
I must admit that I don't have any clues when I started coloring her, I do read and watch some reference from the net.....
well, I guess I could try to improve the color at very least.........
