[TCF june] Bread pudding

10 slices of Stale bread in my case texas toast but can use any good mild to sweet bread for this.. as long is it stale or toasted if stale is hard to find/do.
4 eggs
Two cups of milk scolded if possible.
cup of raisins
Tp of nutmeg, cinnamon and candied ginger.
dash of Vanilla extract or one bean of Vanilla
shot of rum/bandy/or sec.. optional.
1/2 cup of sugar or 12 teaspoons of sugar sub
Cloves if you feel the mood
Orange peel

tear the bread in pieces.. uniformity is not required, scold the milk or just heat it up, mixed spices and sugar together in the milk pan, whisk in the beaten eggs slowly.
Put the bread and raisins in a baking pan , pour milk egg mixer over it, let it stand for 30 mins, mix, and leave in the fridge for 4 to 12 hours. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar on top then bake for 40 mins in a 350f oven covered for until the last 15 mins, cool , serve with whipped cream or ice cream, eat, get fat and diabetes.
