But like many posts here, most sizes are nice, and the lady that has the pair matters a lot more than the breasts themselves. I.E. I love the athletic and fit tomboys with the small breasts and I like the mature milf-next-door with huge ones, too! The ladies themselves matter a lot!
I'll also admit that I don't prefer the enormous (bakunyuu) sized breasts; and for the most part: natural breasts, no matter the size, are wonderful and preferred. Biggest turn-off for me is fake breasts on a woman (barring the above-mentioned personality litmus test and health reasons like breast cancer, etc. don't read too much into it).ha hah.

I went with small, but its more I'm fine with flat to around medium. As others have put it I'm not a fan of the huge ones that are over the top. The unreality of it just removes my suspension of belief

Personally, any breast size is fine with me, so long as it is not too over the top when it comes to size. While I prefer the larger end of the spectrum, as seen in the two images below (Lucy Heartfilia and Erza Scarlet) and in my avatar (Katsuragi), anything larger than that is bigger than I prefer. The largest bust size that I could tolerate for anime and/or hentai girls is the breast size of Astraea (Heaven's Lost Property). Anything bigger than that is just too much for me.
