[Locked] virus help URGENT.

so i my sister managed to get a virus n my comp and i need help getting it off. i literley cant acesses anything every time i try it say the program cannot be acessed and tells me update virus softerwere and shows me an obviousley phony virus scanner. theres a new icon on my task bar called AV secuirty. does anyone know how i can get rid of this?
