Vista 32-Bit High Physical memory

I dont know many thing bout pc so im posting this ...My aunt give me this laptop a acer one this have a quite high psychical memory usage and sometimes its gets so slow so im asking how to fix this 1..

1.) Click "show processes from all users"
2.) End the one that is using the most memory
3.) ???
4.) Profit

Mostly browser are the one that give quite a big amount of memory!(In my case though)

lmao that's probably not a good idea if you're working on something important.

Windows button + R > type 'msconfig' > selective startup > uncheck all unneccesary programs, applications, and services (quicktime, adobe update, msnmessenger, etc.)

Ah... to bad 32bit, that blows man cant fix that problem except by chucking vista out the window, maby, it really depends how high your window is. :D
btw how much memory do you have? I am guessing 2G if it came with 32bit. and when is the last time the computer was reformatted if ever, and what programs do you normally run.
