Vocal or Instrumental

Pretty straight forward, what sort of songs do you prefer to listen to?

I personally go for vocals, mainly because they're a bit more interesting to me.
The only time I go for instrumental songs is if they're original works and not just instrumental versions of vocal songs.

If instrumental means beat then I go for instrumental. I am an absolute beat fetishist.

Instrumental, because just like the user above Me I like beats.

Nothing beats an amazing instrumental.

Depends on the song itself.
Either one is fine as long as it's a good progressive metal, or better yet, Dream Theater.

I can't choose because on their own they arn't as good as they are together.
