Wanna Learn Japanese

Well, I've been wanting to learn japs for quite a while, but I just don't have much free time to take lessons or such (heck, I just finished plaing utawarerumono today, and I've played it since december last year).
So, does anyone here can mention a good way to learn japanese without having to take private lessons? I've already bought a "japs for dummies" book, and that really helps me learn to speak (and listen to) japanese, but I still have troubles on reading. Heck, I learned japs so that I can play more VNs, but if I can only speak and not to read, how am I supposed to play?

are you having trouble with the characters like kanji hiragana or katakana or are you having trouble with the words?

Same. It just happen that i really don't have time to attend some japanese class and don't know any japanese person to talk with.

You should change the title of your topic to something more honest like "I want to take my weeabooing to the next level".

It'd actually be respectable if he was trying to learn Japanese to better his understanding of another culture and shit. But he's only doing it so he knows how to speak lyk all of hys favourit anime carachters, desu~! =^_^= he wants to no how to gret cute japenis grls[Protip: Ohio Gosaymass].

Reading those Asian characters are the worst part of learning their language. I tried taking Korean once in high school, flunked it like a boss.

Heck, I'm not even wanting to talk like anime chara or shit, or neither I want to talk to japs girls. Just like I say, I only want to learn how to READ, so I could have BETTER UNDERSTANDING WHEN I PLAY UNTRANSLATED VISUAL NOVELS. Hell, I already got a girlfriend, and I don't have to watch anime as well.
I only play VN, and that's all.
