Western Movies

I love the dollars trilogy;
A Fistful of Dollars, For A Few Dollars More, and
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.

Eli Wallach was hilarious as The Ugly, and
Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef are just brilliant.
Ennio Morricone composes the most memorable tunes.

So anyone like good ol' cowboy movies?
What's your opinion on them? What's your favorite?

A few other good ones with Eastwood are Pale Rider, The Outlaw Josey Wales, and High Planes Drifter.

I've been watching a lot of westerns lately and some other good ones are The Wild Bunch, Rango, High Noon, and The Magnificent Seven.

Most all of them are pretty good, except for Shane. Oh my fucking god I hated Shane!

I haven't watched any cowboy movies, to be honest. While I'm a big fan of Diesel Punk and Wild West themes in games, I really haven't watched any cowboy movies...

Since Blockbuster is gone, got any starter recommendations I can see on youtube?

Search up torrents of them instead.

As far as I am concerned Clint Eastwood westerns are the best westerns ever made.
I know because I have all of them.

Sergio Leone's western movies are the best. Eastwood is second place.

Yeah, sure. I'll change the topic title too.

In that case, I'm gonna have to go with Dances With Wolves (best Kevin Costner movie ever) and 3:10 to Yuma (2007) as my two favorite westerns. Both of them just stand out to me because they both show different aspects of westerns. With 3:10 to Yuma, it's fast-paced, and kick-ass. Dances With Wolves is really slow, focusing on culture clash and United States history, and emotionally driven. That's why these are my favorites.

Once Upon a Time in The West, Unforgiven, Wyatt Earp, and One-Eyed Jacks are pretty great.
