I have a medium brown hair color, but the best part is that in the sun you can see bright, natural red highlights that are awesome!I have the same thing! But mine are hidden underneath so I always surprise people when I part my hair in a way that they'll show :D

It's not really black since there's no true black hair because of some red pigment. That's why under sunlight it's actually brown.

Mine is Dark brown but it looks black when the light is dim (Hair was also blond when I was a kid but turned brown)
