What happened to most of ShindoL’s releases?

Looking at all of the works here, it would seem that 75% are all unavailable. Were they only limited time or was there a licensing issue that caused them to be pulled from availability? I just found it odd that some like Metamorphosis was still around but the entire TSF series and even the newer releases like Super Lychee seem to be just completely inaccessible and if there was a way to access them still.

That company went out of business and the new one that came from their staff don't legally have the license for those series so no not until someone license it again. If you bought them before they went under you do still have access to them since you legal bought them and fakku still has them in the library server.

the odd thing is, his patreon he has recently said hes gonna release a new work through enshodo, its like he didnt get the memo or something.
