What if the meteorite had struck earth on Feb 15th 2013?

Instead of exploding in the sky
I read somewhere it was the size of a city bus and had the power of 20 atomic bombs
That's 20 atomic bombs going off at once as it hits the ground
The world almost ended?

Hardly world shattering, it'd be a lot of radiation, which I'm still wondering about, spreading across the globe. Probably had the power to shake quite a bit of the world. A lot of people would have died in Russia and downwards.
Apparently the one that killed the dinosaurs was 6 miles around, the asteroid that just passed was 2.7 miles around.
Edit, I got some things wrong.
Meteor estimated width od 15 meters across.
Asteroid was 50 meters.
As for the Asteroid that cooked the Dinosuars... I have to look that one up again.
Also, its about the speed at which it was traveling for it to be more destructive than a nuke.

City bus => 20 atomic bombs?Lol.
Lrnsumphysics.
If that thing hit the earth, it'd be rough. I doubt there will be much radiation but the crater, and obviously damage, will be large.
Oh, what the hell. I just wanted to drop this here. :3

Is this the one that was in Russia? If so, then I would have to say that I'd be concerned for that country. It was only just short of 1,000 miles from Moscow, so there would likely have been some bad damage.
