What is the name of this doujinshi?

Ever since FAKKU stop free content, I missed reading this doujinshi and wanted to find it again. It's somewhat vague from the last time I remember but I'll give as much information I can remember.
If I were to guess, it would've been uploaded to FAKKU between 2012 and 2013. It was about a girl, a school girl (she looked like one), comes over to this guy's house. She mentions she was a virgin and she wants to be like her friends. She wanted to do with him and I remember a part where he saw and/or removed her panties and planted his face in it, I think. During sex, since she's a virgin, she bled but they continued. He came in her and they started a relationship, I believe. At the end, the artist had some extra drawings that were scrapped and there one of her with pigtails.
This may seem very broad but based on what I remember for the past 3-4 years, this is all I got. However, I do have a picture from the doujinshi. I used her cute face as an avatar and I just want to find the original doujinshi.

It's from Unissi by Saitom! We ended up publishing it officially and had the artist as a guest at Anime Expo last year.
