What is your favorite genre of anime?

Drama and romance because they usually have the most moving stories and I enjoy those, like Ano Hana and Clannad.

Fantasy and supernatural. I like to watch shows that make me think but also are more than reality can offer.

I don't really know what genre I like, really just whatever, but one of my favorites are Fullmetal Alchemist and Mirai Nikki.

I suppose I prefer more of a cross-genre affair. My favourite anime is probably Cowboy Bebop, and that's like a slice-of-life sci-fi comedy western noir with jazz thrown in for good measure...

I like the niche genre of anime that have tags like: Psychological, Horror, Detective. I wish the category got more attention, it's always so underdevelpoed apart from the occasional good Mirai Nikki here and there.

Well, I voted comedy cuz lots of what I watch has comedy. But ones that keeps me supporting something is a combo of Seinen and Action

I normally stick around the area of action, comedy, and romance. With that said it seems for me those three mix right into shonen of different types. So I guess shonen would be my answer.

wow tough if i had to put it to what ive watched most its probly sci fi but me n the wife watch so much of everything that its torn we watch anime online with my ps3 more than regular tv lol good ? really got me thinkin for 15 b4 i even typd lol

Shoujo and Romance :PThis, and Slice of life(depends on how well developed the story is). I find that Strawberry Panic/Maria-sama Ga Miteru were some of the most well-developed series I've watched.
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha is especially under-rated from a romantic standpoint. Yay to Fate X Nanoha.
