Tell her you know that "she's flirting" and then say "but you have a boyfriend and I'm not the kind of guy who breaks people up it's up to one of the people in a relationship." Then tell her you will be there for her if she does need someone to talk to during or after the relationship. Make it so you're her shoulder to cry on and if she doesn't break up with him even knowing she's being cheated on well tell her "he shouldn't do this and you shouldn't put up with it."This is pretty much it. You shouldn't direct intervene with their relationship, and with an asshole like that, it goes double. I'm sure she's still interested in you so don't give up on her, be there for her when the other asshole isn't.
