Hi guys, I've been buying Gundam models on ebay, but that was 2 years ago.
Now, there aren't that much variety on ebay, so I was wondering if you know any good site online that has cheap shipping cost or good customer service etc, please let me know! ^^ Thanks a million~

I've been rather happy with HobbyLink Japan, although it's been a while since I last bought any. Not much money these days...

If you don't mind telling us what country you are in then perhaps we could be more specific. That being said, since HLJ and Gundamstore were already brought up (they are both great sites and I highly recommend them btw) I will just list these:
gginfinite: Pretty nice site, has a good selection at decent prices. Ships in the US and internationally. I haven't had any problem with orders from them in the past.
amiami: Prices range depending on what you are looking at and the selection isn't great as far as gunpla goes, but you can stumble upon things that you can't find in other shops sometimes. Ships internationally. Only thing to note on customer service with amiami is MAKE SURE YOU WANT SOMETHING FOR REAL BEFORE PRE-ORDERING IT! Since I don't think there is actually a way to cancel them if you change your mind. This may have changed since my last visit so feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
hobbywave: Nice selection of gunpla and has a flat $12 shipping rate, which is great for buying more than one kit at a time since it is on a per order basis. Unfortunately they only ship in the US and Canada. No customer service issues with them either.

I get mine at conventions and a local import shop (near Chicago). Gundam Store and More is full of tempting offers and is one of the better places to buy from in the States (since HLJ really likes to shaft you on the shipping for obvious reasons), but they seem to have an issue with keeping things stock.

I second the Hobby Link Japan recommendation. They have great customer service and awesome prices and sales.

The 'Big 3' when it comes to otaku goods online (figures/models/character goods):
Ami Ami
Hobby Search
Hobby Link Japan
I have used all three and they have yet to disappoint.
