Which SHOULD go on sale? Renai Sample or PuniKano, it's only fitting given the theme of the day.
Which I would personally WANT to go on sale? Hanafuda, because holy shit that would be quite the beauty to own, especially physically. Don't get me wrong, I love Homunculus, but Hanafuda's that rare one of a kind story you won't really get anymore in life.

This is a good point. Plus, isn't it about time you stop calling Renai Sample a pre-order? Celebrate its upgrade to 'normal' status with a sale! The only negative is that it was already available as a $5 digital.
I think the best strategy would be to discount Renai Sample physical copies, and give the digital discount for Bosshi/Cuvie/Gunma, and maybe RS/PK again too.
I think you should keep Hanafuda at its current price at least until the digital has been available for a bit. On the other hand, I should say that a sale on Hanafuda is the one I'm most likely to take advantage of, so there's that.

I think it should be Renai Sample, because it's high quality and has a bit of everything. It's an excellent place to start your collection, and it's not something that anyone would regret buying.
