The fuck if I know, they're all fun.

Delinquent with a touch of shy innocence and possibly some Yander too. Not like homicidal or anything but definitely protective. Sort of like that girl who becomes the second Kira on death-note after light joins the task force. I think her name was Mia mia or something like that (sorry, I haven't watched it in such a long time). She is just on your side no matter what and she doesn't really turn murderous unless you ask her to be. Not to mention she was a cute little number.

I prefer shy ones. They have somekind of a charm. Cant help to like them and to choose them in VNs.

choose shy instead of tsundere.
in real life tsundere is kinda hard to deal with

The less known (but still kinda popular) kuudere. Appears to be emotionless on the outside, but is a warm puddle of gooey love on the inside. Think Ayanami Rei and you have a classic kuudere.

Dammit, was hard to decide between Tsundere and Shy, but come to think of it, a Tsundere is trouble sometimes. It must be cute, yes, but only when they're dere dere. And the shy type...like Hanako Izekawa, or Tessa...oh god yes. YES YES YES.

This! Kūdere is one of my favourites too, but isn't included in the pool. Characters like Theresa Beria (Seikon no Qwaser) and Nagato Yuki are clear examples of kūderes...THEY'RE SO LOVELY!!

Yandere (ヤンデレ?)
a Japanese term for a person who is initially very loving and gentle to someone before their devotion becomes destructive in nature, often through violence. The term is derived from the words yanderu (病んでる?) meaning a mental or emotional illness, and deredere (でれでれ?) meaning to show affection. Yandere characters are mentally unstable, and sometimes are incredibly deranged and are not mentally sane, often using extreme violence as an outlet for their emotions. The usage of the character type has led to criticism over the amount of violence in works such as School Days. Although the character type has been used in anime and manga since Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam in 1985, conscious use of the term only began to be around the turn of the millennium. Yanderes are usually, but not always, female characters. For example Rolo Lamperouge from the Code Geass series can be considered a Yandere for his ruthless devotion to the series protagonist Lelouch (who himself rises in arms against his father and his empire to create a better world for his little sister), as his affection grows to the point he will attempt to kill even those who are close to Lelouch in order to not be replaced. Another good example would be Russia, from Axis Powers Hetalia. Yandere's can also be shown in movies such as Hedra Carlson in Single White Female. In some respects, it can also be used in real life, and can be shown as borderline personality disorder.

OT:

There's not enough deliquency! AKA yankee girls!

Rep up for the helpfulness of the post. Personally, as a lover of Yandere, I should think that the above description is only not enough.

Yanderes are typically extremely loving when they are around you. As long as one does not hurt the Yandere (physically or otherwise) they are pretty much docile and will do everything to please you(including killing your enemies and destroying every obstacles in front of you).

Yanderes are divided into 3 types or stages.

Type 1 Docile
- These are Yanderes at their beginning stages. Either they have only recently fell in love or they are not in a relationship with you. They would mostly stalk you around and gather every information on your life(one way or another) and your acquaintances. In this stage, most "targets" would be unaware of their stalking and would remain oblivious unless they found out through some other sources or perhaps the Yandere themselves comes out clean.

Typically not dangerous in this stage. Would only serve as an annoyance if you mind.

Type 2 Developed
- These are Yanderes at their middle stages. Either they have fallen in love for quite a long time, at least a few weeks to a few months, or they are already in a relationship with you. They would be very nosy in their behaviour and would try to be as close to you as possible. They might ask for your personal belongings and ask for you to keep some of theirs as well. In type 1, they would be stealing/taking them without your knowledge.

Be advised that this stage is a little unstable so try and control the Yandere properly with specific orders.I.E. "Do not harm my friends." "Only text/call me 3 times a day". Yanderes of this stage is also more jealous than usual so try to keep some distance away from your friends of the opposite sex(same sex if homo).

Only dangerous when provoked in this stage, if controlled properly, will not advanced to the next stage.

Type 3 Dead End...
- These are Yanderes that have lost their sanity. Either they have been rejected horribly when they confessed or they have not been controlled properly when in Stage 2.

In the former situation, where they were rejected, they would feel too much sadness that they would kill their targets of affection to prevent anyone else from possessing the target, worsens considerably if said target is in a relationship as the targets partner would be killed as well. Possible to remedy if target be affectionate with the particular Yandere however, chances are low.

In the latter situation, where they are in a loving relationship, this is subjective in matter and depends on the Yandere. Certain Yanderes that were not controlled, does not exhibits violent or dangerous behaviour although this is rare. Most of the time however, a Yandere not controlled will ultimately, kill you. They will, in the name of love, dismantle you and keep your "pieces" and cuddle them forever. No known remedy are known however, there are cases that they have been brought to sanity by issuing orders to them but this is not a proven remedy. Best solution would still be prevention.

And thus ends my lecture on Yandere. I love Type 2 Yanderes btw.
