Which VN sprite to use?

Hey guys. For the VN project me and my team are working on, we've hit a snag when trying to decide clothing for the main heroine of the game.
The story takes place in 2011 Winter and we're trying to design a character who's a frequent victim of bullying very often, yet involved with a lot of politics and other intellectual matters. (Furthermore, she has yandere tendencies.)
Her main design she appears most of the time should be as is in this design:

A very stylish and militaristic-inspired design, if I must say so myself :D
Here's the problem: We don't know what kind of design to give her for her clothes UNDER her sweater. Note that these are not underwear at all, just simply something on her sprite whenever she takes off her sweater. (Meaning she still has her skirt, and thigh highs from the first pic.)
Which design do you think might fit such a character? Here's the designs our team put together (Although #3 wasn't my idea to be honest and it's inappropriate for the Winter setting...):

Out of those options I like the last one, number 6, the best. But honestly I'd like to see something a little heavier, perhaps a sweater or something. I'm sure you do it already but take a look at some clothing store websites and browse through their winter catalogs, it would probably give you guys some ideas.

Out of the choices given, 6 and 5 seem appropiate with the setting.
But I would say to go with Jacob's suggestion as that that makes more sense.

To clarify, the entire point is to decide what she would wear UNDER her sweater for scenes without it.

'Six' looks the best for me if she isn't wearing the sweater. Although the way you have the complete drawing with the sweater zipped down a bit I think 'One' fits the best there.

Sounds more like a "closed" character to me, and if you even say this is set in winter, I would choose something longer. I could imagine her with a turtleneck and long arms, actually. From the present solutions, I'd pick number 6.

Based on the info you gave about the girl beforehand, & the time of year you gave, I would have to say Im torn between #4 & #6.
#4 would fit because if she has taken off her sweater in doors, then there is likely some sort of heating system active, & thus she wouldnt need long sleeves all the time. Yet the presence of the short sleeves gives the feeling that she is still proper(the military part you mentioned) & I guess kinda meek(The getting picked on thing you mentioned). However, the shirt stops a little short for my taste.
#6 fits cause its winter, therefore dressing warmly makes sense. The length of the shirt leaves nothing to be desired, & it shares many of the same good traits that #4 does. Going further, if you want to establish more of a yandere feel, then you could easily utilize the long sleeves or other parts of the shirt in such ways that she still gives off that dangerous aura(like having hidden blades or wires or something that would seriously f*ck you up, & you wouldnt even realize it til its too late).
Finally, as a plus to both mentioned, they are button shirts,(which I always support anyways which is always good for giving characters multiple characteristics.
Ex. Fully buttoned shirt: Meek timid girl(with possibly glasses) who gets bullied.
Slightly unbuttoned from the bottom or top: Dangerous girl(insert interesting stuff here)
Fully unbuttoned or some other differing form from the norm buttoned shirt: Seductive, psychotic, broken, or many other type of girl based on the expressions.
