Probably just to arouse the readers. "Sexual compatibility" is something that also appears in other types of hentai. The "because we're related" part is just a way to sprinkle some incest into that trope.

To be fair, there's only so many ways to write dialogue for people having sex. And it's probably a lower priority for artists to come up with different lines, I'd rather have them focus on the art/general story anyways. One artist I've seen do interesting dialogue is Ikuhana Niiro. At times it's more of a conversation between 2 people rather than just the usual sex lines.
