Something I need to get off my system.
So, about two weeks ago, on 6th of July, I had ordered a game on gameseek.uk
The parcel hadn't still arrived.
About two days ago however, there was an e-mail from shop apologizing for apparently not sending it. The sender claimed that he will send it "as soon as he can".
Yesterday evening, a new mail had arrived. This time it said that it will be send "as soon as the game is in stock".
What. The. Fuck?
Especially, since this particular game is still marked as "in stock". And it was marked so when I made the order. What kind of shit is this supposed to be!?
I could understand if they said that they don't have it, and that it might take a while for them to find this game and send it. But not keeping silent for two weeks and then spewing contradictory statements.
I'm seriously thinking if there's a way to cancel the order now, but I have already paid for it...
So any thoughts? Suggestions?

There's already a e-mail on it's merry way to them asking for explanation. However, for the past weeks I had been sending mails as well (regarding if the order was received and if anything was begin done, since there was initially no confirmation from them), but I hadn't have any replies until two days ago.
So I asked, but I doubt I will get any answer.

If you payed by credit card, you could always request a cash back (aka get your bank to return the money for you) if the supplier refuses to cancel the order and refund the money.

I canceled the order and they returned the money.
Now ordered it somewhere else.
