Learning how to bounce back?

2
without giving up too much info. i just got out of a very nasty family legal situation. after spending lots of money on legal fees, using up alot of resources and burning alot of bridges and getting attacked.
i can say with confidence that im done with the worst parts.

now im not really sure how to "Bounce back"?

I live in a "OK" area. i have a job that allows me to scrape by and now im sitting with the thought of "is this it"?
before my incident i had a few things going for me but now all my time goes towards working.
you guys have any ideas on how to improve my situation?

i know this is absolutely vague and prob wont have any replies but this is mostly to get my thoughts in order

It is a little hard to give advice with the vagueness but I'll try. IMO the solution lies in your job. If you can find a way to climb the ladder so you can make more money or give yourself more free time, you'll find yourself happier. If it's possible, maybe try and find a new career path if your job happens to be a dead-end one. But once you have more time for yourself, you can focus on hobbies, pursuing relationships whether they be friends or romantic ones, and self-improvement or relaxation.

If there's family you have left that you can rely upon, living together is a far easier way to make progress on improving money situations.

Me and my mother were able to push through some tough shit in a new area while getting my siblings through highschool. I've since moved out, with money I saved thanks to the freedom given to me by a multi-check household.
