why pay when you can get them for freeExactly
This is why the anime/manga/game industry is getting less incentive to produce more good material. You should at least show your support by buying a copy if you like what they're doing, from the actual producers of course.
And I REALLY hate sites like those. Profiting at the expense of others? Faggots. That sort of activity is rampant in the Southeastern Asian islands though (ie. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand etc.) which is mega-fail.

in China, a lot of company licensed & even translated a lot of games, and sell them with a price that's not too far from the pirated ones.
its like why buy the pirated NFS for 20 RMB while you can buy the licensed one for 65 RMB which you can play the online mode (its like 1 Fried Rice = 5 RMB, or 1 US$ = 9 RMB) so its not that matter. I bought Aoi no Tristia (Fa Ming Gong Cheng) for 50 RMB, and most older Games are sold just for 25 RMB
hahaha, why so cheap? because our salary mainly 2000 RMB. if you're required to buy everything in the game developer's country's currency, then just 1 game from japan called "Seinarukana Spirit of eternity sword 2" can Reduce 65% of your monthly salary (including shipping), and I don't think games are more important than food & housing.
it's too bad that in indonesia no company would try to licensed games and sell it with a price that'll get along with the salary and not so far from the pirated one. Indonesian's salary (starter) around Rp 1.500.000? that's around 160 US$/month, let's say for housing & eat will take out 70% of the salary = Rp. 450.000 = US$ 45-50? there you go, Housing, Food, & 1 Original Game + Shipping without able to buy other needs or even saving.

Woah thats just creepy to realize that people who work in America at minimum wage make more in a week with 20 hours then people in foreign countries make in a month.

well, cant blame others, the hell with currency
American Earn (lets say 8$ / Hour)
8$ x 8 hour x 30 day = around 1900+ US$
Japanese Earn (lets say, heard it somewhere but forgot)
200-300K Yen / month = 1900+ US$
Chinese Earn (Normal Worker, Degree Holder)
1500-3000 RMB / month = 187+ US$ (diploma & unskilled one even less)
Indonesian Earn, (Bachelor holder)
Rp 1200.000 - 3000.000 = 127+ US$ (diploma & unskilled one even less)
American, eat something lets say like = 5-7 US$ (not too farfrom japanese)
Japanese, eat Ramen (noodle-like food) = 500-600 Yen (US$ 5-6)
Chinese, eat La Mian (noodle-like food) = 3-5 RMB (US$ 50Cents - 70Cents)
Indonesian, eat Mie (noodle-like food) = Rp 5000-6000 (US$ 60cents-70cents)
------------------------------------------------------
case 1. Everyone buy a game from America directly
------------------------------------------------------
Persona 3: Fes (Append Edition) US$ 59.90
American can buy it from a day or two of work
Japanese can buy it too from a few days of parttime job
Chinese need to use 32% or less of their monthly wages
indonesian need to use 47% or less of their monthly wages
------------------------------------------------------
case 2. Everyone buy a game from Japanese directly
------------------------------------------------------
http://www.xuse.co.jp/product/narukana/index.html
here they are, 9.975 Yen = US$ 93 for another Hentai RPG Game
American can buy it from two days to three days of work
Japanese can buy it too from two days to three days of parttime job
Chinese need to use 50% or less of their monthly wages
indonesian need to use 73% or less of their monthly wages
then Will you Japanese, european, or american buy a game that cost from US$1000 to US$1500? or between 50%-73% of your monthly wages? (a software can give you profit, but a game doesn't)
that's why there are too many piracies, even asian are people, need entertainment, but when its just too unaffordable, and some others seek fortune through other's misfortune, there you go, piracies, an entertainment that's affordable to them.
to counter piracies in china there are companies who import, and even translate some games and sell it with a price that's not far from the pirated one. ranged from 3 to 8 US$ while the pirated one cost from 1-2 $US, indonesia is a dillema, 1 pirated PS2 DVD = US$ 60 cents, while the original game cost 60 bucks, its like 1/100
well, think from our side too please, eventhough i got a job in singapore so buying original game will be more affordable, (some of my imported originals (other than the licensed one in chinese) are Final Fantasy series, bought original, but when playing still use the pirated one (well its like a treasure so dont even want to scratch the disk)<-- that's the way original copy are treated)

I'm from Indonesia and I'm now majoring in Economics, so I can't just stay silent after seeing this.
Just read this thread, and checked the website.
I'm pretty shocked knowing that they sell them!
Although I'm against piracy, I can't even find some original games (except for PSP, XBOX 360, and PS3 games)
This is all started when Indonesia got into the East Asian Financial Crisis, the cause came from the devaluation of Rupiah. Before the crisis 1 USD = Rp 2.000, after the crisis it plunged down to 1 USD = Rp18.000. The piracies began when the suppliers can not afford too many original games, that is so expensive that people don't want to buy. To counter this they have used piracy. Now the exchange rate between Rupiah and USD has slightly recovered to 1 USD = Rp 9.000. I can't do anything to hentaizone.org (if you want me to do something), they don't include their address. Please don't tell Indonesia is a mega-fail, we are trying hard to overcome this. You don't want your country to be bad-mouthed too, it is easy for me to find all the negative things in another country and spread them in this forum. But I choose not too, because I respect every people in that country.
BTW for yuntet, I want to correct something
-Ramen, La Mian, and Mie are not noddle-like food, but they ARE noddles.
-And the price for mie is actually Rp 500 for one portion, Rp 5.000 or Rp 6.000 is for buying them in a restaurant.

I am also against piracy, but sadly for some (myself included) that is the only way to get anime or games.
I am from Brazil and the only way for me to get any H-game is from torrent download. Trying to buy the original game from an US seller (Peach Princess, Jast) would require three times the US dollar amount in Real Brazil's currency to buy one game.
So if one game costs 30 dollars I would need 90 reais if not more depending of the fluctiation and convesion fee, not adding mail costs that might making even higher the final price.
I would love to buy the original of every H-game, and anime that I own, but that is not possible. It can't be found here, at the best case if I have a friend or family member going to the US or Japan I would have to ask for something, but you can't just ask for a uncle or aunt to buy you at least 10 h-game titles.

Hi all!
It's the same here, in Hungary (in central europe). I really like the illusion games, like schoolmate, artificial girl 2 and 3, and I've saw that nobody mentioned the Biko series, and Rapeplay, I suggest these games worth trying too. In Hungary too, I suffer from the same problems like others. If I order something within the European Union, there is no problem, but when I want something from the US or from Japan, there are the problems. I messed up once. I ordered a game from the US. If the game could be buyed in Hungary that would be around 15000 HUF (or 75 US dollar), but I had to pay 30000 HUF, the double of the original price because of the shipping cost, etc. And in the end, I got a letter from the customs-HQ, that they cannot let anything electronical things in Hungary from the US, so they confiscated it, without compensation. The sad thing, that I had to pay in advance.
