Titan Quest is fun to play for some hours/days but it gets lonely quickly i think.

and icewind dale... got the installer long time ago... can't remember where I placed it..

You can try Magicka (look for it on steam). It's definitely not as serious as most games, but it's great fun to play with friends

Yes you can play Baldur's Gate and IWD in multiplayer/LAN although it took me a good 2 days to figure out why i can't connect to my friend. *turned out to be the framerate was higher on my end had to get it back to default*

magicka looks fun... from the description in wikipedia.. iwd looks like dungeon siege....IWD*like every other AD&D game* is very heavy on story *there is alot and it's great* But if you're planning on playing it, i suggest you start from IWD 2 don't worry as IWD and IWD2 have different non connecting stories and IWD2 looks a bit prettier and easier to set up a connection.
