So after countless trials and tribulations I FINALLY got Brave Soul game downloaded and functional. I got two big questions right now though.
1) What's the deal with Alicia? She quit my team when I went to go do the Magic Book sidequest, and now I can't find her. How do I get her back in my party.
2) How do I initiate the "Romance" Chats with the girls?

1.Don't take jobs that she doesn't like. This will occur with every other girl and don't forget some jobs will have a final choice if you finish it, it will affect the girls affection. If I "remembered" correctly, they will join back with you, if there are less than 4 party members, Take a job and that a certain girl will appear in front of the dungeon(if it is a dungeon job) and ask if she can join with you.
2.Don't know for sure, I always check-in at the inn after every job I take in every city, they will spread out doing their own activity, try talking to the girl you want, sometimes it will trigger some events. And for the "romance" part, it occurs after every important jobs, this event will be only available for just one girl that you talk to, any other girl events will be negated if you choose one girl.

Kaimax is correct on both counts. In addition to his answers, there is one particular quest in which all the females dislike, causing them to leave your group. I can't remember what the quest is about though. If you do not want any females to leave your group, just rest for a few days and wait for new quests to arrive.
As for your second question, you can try to interact with all the girls after a mission, and before attaining the hentai scenario with one of them, do remember to save so that you can continue from where you left off with the other girls without having to play the entire game from scratch. The game is made in such a way that the main character remains faithful to his chosen girl after the sex. :D

I can't remember what the quest is about though.I remember that one, It's a job to get a Evil/Dark statue, the reward is pretty high, but without Alicia's healing and support it becomes really difficult, if you don't buff up, with items and equips.
Gambler is right SAVE BEFORE GETTING THE SEX SCENE, You won' regret it. I have to restart Carol's route(she's my first) all over again.
One more tip, Keep Alicia in the party, no matter which girl are you after. There's a secret by having her in the party, plus she's a healer, anyone else can't heal or even revive the hero except her.
