Fallout New Vegas Modding issue

Like the title says everyone I have this issue with fallout new Vegas on modding issues. When I add new weapons to the game it turns white and black when I use it in first person and third person view. Anyone ever encountered a problem like this?

Do you know how to install mods? Do the mods have any guides?

Should try to use Fallout Mod Manager, it installs mods properly for you(and you can remove them easily in the future) as well as allowing you to sort out the loading order. I've never experienced the white/black problem like you said but I think its got something to do with the texture file, in any case, have you tried using the ArchiveInvalidated tweak?
