Waver and Herc is better choice, I think. Given that NA version already give Waver his buffed version instead of initial one (NP recharge and all), it'll be quite easy to clear everything with Herk until Nerofest or Camelot coming.

I'm still partially rerolling for Waver or Jeanne (or any 5*, to be honest). If you have spare of them, mind to give one to me?

It's getting things way faster than JP in the early days. Just keep grinding Ascension items. Just don't complain about "lack of content" in a thread where most here played the JP version from day 1, where it was Maintenance Hell and Server break downs.
