Flappy bird

So, I don't know if this is already a thread. i checked and couldn't find a thread. But it might be due to this game becoming the next biggest internet sensation since doge.
and I know what you're thinking, "oh god not a flappy bird thread.." but,

I would like to hear your guys opinions on this game, Considering that recently this game is huge over every site I go on.

So I download this game, I played it for a good ten minutes. My Opinion stands at this. The game is dreadful, I deleted it immediately after that. The game is very generic, there are already tons of better free 2d dodge scrollers out there. (jetpack joyride).

Beyond that, the games design is ripped straight from super mario, the background, the tubes, the ground. I think Nintendo should sue the Devs. The game is over glorified, for a game thats just atrocious I just think that people jumped on this bandwagon way to quickly.

I guess people think its funny hearing about other people "rage" when they play this game. Thats apparently what makes this game popular. It's people reaction to the game, and not the game its self. This game has no hope, and i hope dies in the pit of forgotten internet fads..

But thats my honest opinion, i'd like to hear yours?

I love it. And probably because of the factors that make you think it bad.

And I also hate it. But I'll probably never delete it, as it is handy for quick bouts.

Flappy Bird Creator Dong Nguyen is pulling down the game

Played it. Wasn't good at it. Uninstalled it. My classmates really like it though. One of them got over 100 in score.

not looking forward to that. Thanks for the info, i'm actually kind of glad it's going offline, but at the same time this just means more doppelganger games are going to come out trying to take its place.

Well, before my chrome crashed randomly.. I was replying, (this goes to anyone as well)

There is actually a massive ammount of fun IOS games, I own a new gen Ipad.
I've downloaded many major games such as Infinity blade, The walking dead season 1 and 2. Adventure time ski game, Jetpack joy ride, and my personal favorite Valkyrie crusade.

Valkyrie crusade is a Card battle / Town building MMO game that interact with eachother. the cards are all maidens drawn in high resolution manga style art and the game is beautiful. and it's free unlike the others i mentioned. I recommend it.

but yes, I enjoy App games especially the MMOs. It just irritates me when games such as flappy bird get so much attention for being such a thrown together game..
when there is much better free 2d scrollers with much more heart, fun, and replay-ability..

I tried it for a little while and,to be honest,I have no idea why the hell it's so popular.Especially considering how lazy the design looks.Granted,I applaud anyone who can make big bucks for minimal effort and people are free to enjoy whatever they wish to,but considering it looks like they just copy/pasted stuff from Super Mario World,I would not be surprised if they faced trouble with Nintendo in the near future.

Seen a few people play it. My thoughts, "meh".

It's difficult. People like to beat high-scores.

Simple, which is good if you want to kill time. But it's a pity that he took it down, people hate too much

I never played it, but I would probably be one of those people that hated it but would play it just to get a certain score and remove it. Sadly and fortunately, I will never get that chance. Hooray...I guess.

Thought it was cute, but I don't care for rage games that much so meh.
