Dying and not having saved for a while.
Specific case was when playing P4 with my friend and he was controlling. I was telling him he should probably save because it had been 2 weeks or so in game but he forgot then ended up dying. I was just like, "Man, see, you shoulda saved."

DDR has a ton of these, primarily doing Max300 for the first time and overcompensating, and then later shit like Pluto Relinquish and VD-Cha. Most of these ended up with actual leg injuries because I was a dumbass and tried to iron-man them.
