Lack of causal 3D MMORPG
0
now a day the only online 3d games out there are competitive action based games. I cant seem to find any casual games where players can just interact with each other without really having to fight/grind/level and stuff. If you know of some good ones that are free please leave to leave their names here. The only one i know of is second life and oh god that game is horribly based on player interactions and paying real money to get things.

From your description i could only think of life simulation games, like the sims.
Is that what you meant?

kind of but just any kind of casual 3D mmorpg dat isnt really competitive. I mean sure competitive action games are fun and all but every once in a while i just want to play a game where i can just play without having to level up or get new gear to keep up with the hype of the game. just a casual game anyone can play at any pace they want. There were a few back in the days, but they are all shut down to low player base.

That kind of fall of from the usual game mechanism of a rpg, that why i needed to be sure.
This kind of game features you're looking, for what i know probably belongs to a tiny part of the entire videogames field, so there might not be much.
Anyway after reserching a bit and by watching some gameplay of it, one game that fits most your description is Wurm online though i'm sure you've already heard of it.

from what i hear Mabinogi isn't really a competitive MMORPG, to me it sounds more like Rune Factory
don't just take my word for it though since i haven't tried it. i would look up some stuff on youtube first. also since it's a Nexon game there are cash items.

Casual gaming and MMORPG does not compute. If you want a social game try gaia online or second life. You can still have a social interactions within MMORPGs that have grinding.

2nd of all, social interactions in grinding games suck. The only thing that gets said are usually along the lines of, "FUCK OFF NOOB" or "omfg stop taking my kills" and what not. there are never usually a "friendly" base of players to befriend.
3rd of all, are you being serious or what? do you not know the meaning of ROLE PLAYING GAMES? role playing games are supposed to be based on social interactions. Not constant grinding...the only reason why games now are only based around fighting is because game companies want to make money by selling you levels and virtual weapons and armors. its like throwing a bone in the middle of a pack of hungry dogs and making them fight over it. thats the best way i can explain MMORPGS now a days.

I disagree completely, there isn't a single "competitive" based MMORPG on the mainstream market right now.
But they fail to be social as well since they don't encourage contact between players.
MMORPGs are dying because they're becoming pretty much like single player RPGs with boring quests in an online world.

2d/3d side scrolling MMO's seem to have more friendly communities than 3d open world types. This is just my own experience though.

I only hear this in LoL or when soloing in a crowded dungeon.

Best way to find friends or have social interactions are within guilds. To find guilds try searching through forums of those games. It also depends on the game you are playing. Tera has a whole server dedicated to just rping. You have to find the guild right that suits you. There are different types of guilds: gold miners, PvP, PvE, rp, or social.
Most of my social interactions were within guilds, I still keep in touch with my mmo friends on facebook. Most recently most of my social interactions were in PSO2. Ship 2, I love you guys!

You could try some like Perfect World, Maplestory, Mabinogi, Tera.
I play mmorpgs at my own pace and don't really understand what you mean by competitive leveling and whatnot. You have to level to get new quests, or to kill harder enemies, so a game where there isn't an emphasis on leveling doesn't really exist
