Language pack for windows

I recently had to reformat my computer and lost all the things that I changed on it, including the Japanese language pack that I had installed in the non unicode language. I searched for it and couldn't find anything, anyone has link for it or can make one? I can't play many of my games because I can't set the language to Japanese.
