Men at Work 2!

After a long marathon of posting, downloading and lots more not adding playing the game I finished the game with one of the girls. Sure I was happy that I got her now I wonder I have to play the whole game again, and again, and again until I get all the girls?

I means is a really big game, the battle system is good but there aren't a XP indicator or any other indicator of when a character will level up or how much more it needs to level up. While the game doesn't seem to need or require you to get higher levels it gets much easier to fight in those higher levels, specially near the end of the game.

Anyone knows if I have to replay the entire thing or if there are a particular point to choose one of the girls between them all? Even better anyone has a walkthrough for it? And how in name of heavens we repair the fucking bath? I played the entire game and only got 8k, and to repair/expand the bath it needs 9k.

My last question for now, now that I finished the game with the main char in level 33, the girls between 24 and 23, with lots of nice items in my inventory, and 8k in game money, there is a way for me to play again with all that?

Yes. For your information, this game runs by cycles, by the end of the game, they'll ask you to save your game to carry your items+money+skills(your level will restart at level 1 though)+accesories. You need to go through some girls before you can unlock the arc of the next group.

I fought the final battle again, saw the epilogue again, and after the final CG the screen goes white and stays white, no window pops up asking if I want to save the game, or I should leave the screen like that for more time and sooner or later it will ask me that?

Strange, after the epilogue, there'll be a special session where the girl which you get in that cycle(For instance Mena's Arc) will give you some tips on getting which girls next, then she will advise you to save your data.

Well I got some screenies for you. After the ending credits, a flash of white will occur, then it'll revert back to the ending CG.



After this, it'll lead to the session which I mentioned about.



Tips+Advise to save by her. Then after you'll start at the dinner where Aoi cooks (not far off from the start of the game).

Hope this clarify everyone's doubts on how to get a New Game+ or continue on to the next cycle.

I didn't saw any ending credits, after the final CG, in my case Lucy's CG, the one of her flying above everyone, the image goes white and stays white. I let the screen like that for one hour or so to see if would change and nothing happened, I changed the screen mode, configuration and everything that I could and the game still turns white.
I checked the movie folder and there is only the opening movie, in the main folder of the game there are the movies for the double techs, a copy of the opening, the BGM and a copy of the saves.
You are using the MaW 2 from the MaW 4 pack or the original MaW 2?

The MaW4 pack. Same for me, the movie folder only consist of the opening CG and the Team Ougi. Your english patch is from MirrorMoon yes? My current version is 1.51, the pre-settings before the starting of the game is all unchecked(not ticked except for the Use 16bit Color portion). If all else fails, let me know, I'll probably upload a savefile (I got serveral sets, so you won't get that much of a spoiler, but you retain items+money+skills). Maybe it's because you ended off with Lucy first? In any case, let me know if this problem proceeds.

One more thing I've to ask, so it just gets stuck at the white portion even though you left-click?

Yes the patch is from MirrorMoon if I am not wrong v1.0, the pre-settings other than the 16bit are all unchecked as well here.
I am not sure if ending with Lucy or Mena affects that, I mean in games like that when you can choose the girl that you want to end with, it doesn't matter in the end, unless the girl can only be reached in a second play of the game.
And the white screen remains even though I left click, right click, press enter, crtl and any other key that advances text. Saving then it will send me back to the moment before the final battle, loading other saves work but send me to the particular time of that save, but not after the final battle.

Unfortunately, you aren't able to save at that portion. Think of it as a post-ending bonus dialouge session with the girl. It's strange that yours remained at the white screen. Meh. Anyways, here's the file. Load from the prologue, that .rar set consist of Mena (Didn't unlock all CG) and Lucy's only, not much spoilers too.

Not saying anything, but you did click when the screen turned white, correct?

It stops on a kind of blank dialog window that you need to click past when the screen goes white.

I clicked after the screen turned white, if I am not wrong also during and before in other attempts of skipping the white screen.
