Just finished it. Holy fuck. Awesome. My only issue is that chapter 5 consists of FINDING ZADORNOV. 7. FUCKING. TIMES. also, anyone know how to get the Swimsuit? I have every camo except for the swimsuit. i wanna play the story again using only the tux or the swimsuit. I've succeeded in beating every game in the series using the Suit/Tuxedo or the worst camo in the games and unsilenced guns. so now i want to try peace walker with the swimsuit, the M1911A1 (no silencer), the RPG2 and the M16.

Ah the fact that I didn't even hear this come out is saddening
I havent had the chance to even play mgs4 [closest I got was getting to play the preview of MGS:T]. So I'm wondering should I get peace walker anyway and play 4 later or should i wait and play 4 first?

Peace Walker is indeed a found game, there are some nic-picks about the game. Like CQC feel more of a step back when it comes to smooth controls. In Metal Gear 3 or even 4 you can just run up to your target and take him down. But in PW you have to stand prone to do a CQC mode, it is cool how you can throw guys into others though.
Fanservice...okay fanservice is has always been in the series, but they were somewhat subte about it, like posters, and looking during some cut scenes and staring at a woman's chest.
Butt in PW during some cut-scenes there are times where you can zoom-in on someone and you have some sort of x-ray vision as you can see through peoples layers of clothes...yeah that would be cool if you see that person is concealing a weapon or wire...but the fact the first time you do this is with a young teenage girl...yeah its as uncomfortable as playing Tramua Team and studying that 14 year girl as the first episode as Gabe and that jazzy music didn't help.
Overall, its a major step up from Portable Opps and it feels like playng a console game...which questions why this game was release on the psp in the first place.(or Portable Opps for that matter) This could of easily been a downloadable game for the PS3, or heck even a Ps2 release.

Well it's hard to say. I am such a fan of MGS that it is probably unhealthy. Personally, they are kinda locked in a tie. MGS4 had some of the most emotional moments in video game history and fucking great story (i cried 3 times over the course of MGS4), but MGSPW has an amazing story and the best gameplay of the series. I'd say that peace walker is better. Damn your quick I just finished the game today, lonely lonely otakumax no friends to play with. I played all the missions on single all naked, naked faster and naked awesome.
Have you tried the monster hunting yet? damn was that awesome.
Still noticing a big diff in the jap version, I finished the jap version first (last month) and the English second,which kinda makes me faster than you by a month.

I just beat the Rathalos solo. Use the Mosin Nagant, makes the fights easy as fuck.
and i was gonna order the jap version, but the english version was coming out in like a week, so i saved the money for other crap.

Makes me feel shitty buying the japanese and english versions. But the japanese version was signed by the asshole himself Hideo Kojima, when I went to japan I shook hands with that mindfuck.
