Need making M.U.G.E.N. work!!!

Hey guys, I finally managed to a copy of a hentai mugen for my computer(which btw took way too long to find). However when I try and start it up an error message always comes saying "cannot change to video mode 300x600x32" or something like that. I cant remember the exact numbers involved. How can I fix this? I really wanted to play Mugen!!!

try changing the video settings to 800x600

I know its gonna sound like a stupid question but computer stuff is my weakness....
How do I do that?

the only stupid thing a person will do is "not" ask a question when needed, so, no problems there, buddy =D.

Though regarding M.U.G.E.N. if my memory serves me right, there is a setting file in the game folder, if there isn't then you go to "View" tab and change the video settings.

No settings file in the game folder as far as I can tell, and I cant load the game. So getting to the "view" tab isnt an option either. Appreciate the help though.

I see, so the only solution to the problem is that, you are missing a file or plug-in for MUGEN, try scouring the thread where you downloaded your MUGEN from and start from there, that's the only answer I can give you. Cheers and GL.

If you haven't found the solution yet to changing the size, the file is in the data folder called mugen.cfg <-- Open this with notepad
Look for the window options and there should be choices there to change the size.
