New YouTube policy rant

Has anyone heard or seen the new YouTube policy on gamers? They're banning so many videos and basically screwing a big portion on what they profit.

Let me explain in a little more detail (note - this isn't just effecting gamers):
Youtube Google has become a robot. They jerk the people who made all their money around, and don't care about them at all.
I don't make money from Youtube, but my videos have been claimed be some companies (lol).
For certain people on Youtube who've quit their jobs to work on Youtube for a living, this is fucking insane.

Wow this is getting ridiculous. Is there any way to stop this like a petition? I'd gladly sign it.

Spoiler:
All I can think of when you showed the first video claim was Skrillex breaking into your house and stealing your wallet(Essentially not far from what's really happening though, am I right?)...
As much money as Youtube makes on the people making content, I want to hope that they would remove it, but as much money as Google makes as a whole, I question if they would care. I'm also thinking they probably arn't only taking the same cuts from advertisements as usual but are also being paid by studios to do this, making whatever money they would lose from content be nothing more than a drop in the bucket.
I also wouldn't be surprised if Google not only doesn't care about the content creators but probably doesn't even care about Youtube and would watch it fail in the long run if it meant they could get a quick profit sooner rather than later(Though I suppose that's only pessimistic speculation at this point).
That's my thoughts, anyway, what little worth that may have.

Input Gold Rank Here
IBM is obsolete.
Microsoft is the new IBM.
Google is the new Microsoft.
Apple is.. I don't know to what compare Apple. xD
But well, basically, Google has lost its direction and, well I understand they are a business and money matters, but... Yeah I pretty much think they are just monopolizing everything and trying to be inside everyone life trying to tag / control everything we do / watch / listen / etc... e-mail, social network, videos, content... they are freaking everywhere and that is a bad thing... for us.
And no, I don't have any grudge against Google, but I strongly disagree with the decisions they have made in the last years.

...this is fucking insane.Close... Imagine it more like: If the robot detects that any video you made has something copywriten in it (which its pretty much claiming every video on the website), that video gets permanently 'laid off'
[size=10](being laid off pretty much means "If you want to keep you job - you keep working. We won't pay you anything, but if you want to keep your job: work for free.")[/h]
And all future money made from that persons video would be handed, over the video makers face, and directly to the company the robot decided it'd to go.
This is how jacked up the system is: Paradox Entertainment uploaded a video of their on game on their own channel.
And it got claimed by Paradox Entertainment.
Google doesn't care - they've made enough money so everyone working there can retire for life.

Wow, so basically YouTube is going to shit. I saw this coming when they added Google+ was plastered all over it.

So I forgot where I saw it, but I saw a news post somewhere that did an interview with Google and asked if Google has any thoughts about the new Content ID system (and the outrage it's causing).
And they pretty much said something along the lines of:
That is a VERY indirect quote, but it was something along the lines of that. I.E. Google don't plan to change this new system anytime soon.
Meaning folks like Angry Joe, MFPallyTime, VaatiVidya, and all of your favorite Youtubers who quit their jobs to make entertainment for Youtube are straight up out of a job.

Just sucks seeing what google has done. Youtube was really good and steadily they've been killing it with increasingly worse updates. Now they've pretty much crossed the line and it's sad to see.
Obviously don't make any videos myself, but sucks that people I do follow are being affected by this. Eventually people are going to have to try and move to the inferior options out there.
Just sucks since a giant like google can do whatever they want and nothing can be done. No real competition to youtube so no real limits on them. If Youtube eventually dies it won't be a big deal for them.
