ps3 trophies!

anyone with the mammoth of a machine starting to collect these things? im on the final trophy for uncharted: drakes fortune, once i get it i unlock the platinum one. finally sony implements a system of achievements like the 360, only i like trophies better because they distinguish the difficulty of what youve accomplished. instead of one big number there are bronze, silver, gold and platinum trophies... and by no means are any over bronze simple to get.

Wait, Drakes has trophies! *pops in uncharted*

dude im on the platinum trophy too! its just sooo draining to play it on crushing...i also have trophies on PixelJunk Eden(bad purchase) and Stardust HD...but since i dont have warhawk i cant keep up with the trophy race, good to know someone else loves trophies :]

I only got thropies for that Super Stardust game. =B

I don't own a ps3, but I got 3 Warhawk Fail trophies on my friends console. 1 of them was running into my own air mine. Good times.

So let me get this straight, you get a trophy when you finish a game? 'Cause I don't know, I got the trophy collection thing when I installed Valkyria Chronicles on my ps3 and I was like wtf?

VC doesn't have any trophies though.

Such a copy of achievements and seem like their arnt many games that have trophies in the first place so whats the point of implementing them?

Anyone try to beat Mirrors edge without shooting anyone to get the trophy? That sucked...But I got it! I replayed a couple sections 50+ times in the process, but I got it. (I also became an expert at disarming on the way...Surprise!)

Out of curiosity, does PS3 have some form of GamerScore that they get from obtaining trophies?

Yes, I believe it's tracked in the form of levels.
