And so my question is: Is there an uncensor patch for Saya no Uta?
I did some Googleing and it came up nill, so I'm wondering if there was a rare patch somewhere that had somehow evaded the great G's eye.

First of all, Google will net you nothing. Even more, searching in Romajii or english will also net you nothing. You could search on 4chan but good luck with that :P
Secondly, i highly doubt there's an uncensor patch, such things are rare, and uncensored eroges are usually that way because they were released outside Japan, and some artist from the company that imported it redraws the image to make it uncensored, which doesn't always look good enough or don't match the original authors style.
