the most:
the moment Youmu Konpaku appeared (my favorite Touhou character)...
the memorable:
when the Hong Mei-rin patch released (the first ever chracter to have a melee combo in immaterial and missing power)...
the resent:
the battle with Tensi Hinanawi (made me wanna crush my pc the first time I fought her)...

I genuinely wish I could be that dedicated to a game (or anything, for that matter). The closest I got, videogame-wise, was with Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. I printed off tables of all the characters' moves which showed thing like how many frames of animation they use and how many frames that increases by if the move is blocked. Really dull in-depth stuff like that. I would just carry them around the house with me and read them when I was on the toilet or when I ate breakfast... That didn't last too long though. :?

I couldn't dedicate myself that much. I can hardly beat normal without continues since I always die for stupid reasons and forgetting about the spellcard strategy. The easiest touhou for me is th8 because of its built-in spellcard practice section. :P

one big reason for my dedication is that I'm a big fan of Touhou, the other reason is that once I play a game I always want to finish it 100% if not close to it atleast although I only do that with RPGs... it's just that for me Touhou is special just like the Melty Blood and Fate series...
