no translation patch for LD2. There might be a menu patch though. Check hongfire.

what kind of games this guy likes i know of numerous games for each kind of person. Here's one, stepmania (Dance Dance Revolution with a song list of your choice.

Oblivion is a good game, and less broken than it's predecessor Morrowind, but I must say I preferred Morrowind for the ridiculous amount of things you could do. Oblivion has more developed guild quests and streamlined play, but the game isn't as wide open as its predecessor.
Neverwinter Nights 2 should be a good game. I would buy it in an instant if my comp could run it.
I have played Bioshock a fair bit on my roomate's 360, and while it has atmosphere an a cool story, the gameplay is a little lacking, and I really value gameplay. For me, it's a bit overrated.
If you haven't played it, I find Jade Empire to be a solid game worth playing. The combat can get repetitive, but I'm a sucker for stuff concerning ancient china, which is the setting.
Supreme Commander looks intensely cool, but I haven't tried that one since my comp sucks too much.

Looking forward to Neverwinter Nights 2. Does it follow any of the content from Baldurs Gate/Never Nights 1?
Never heard of Bioshock or Jade Empire, but will be checking the reviews on those.

Not exactly my cup of tea. Action, RPG, strategy, adventure.
Not a real big fan of FPS, unless it's single-player oriented.

owww. oblivion i say. after you buy it optimize it. you can change the water texture and animations. their is so much...if only it was online two. then it would be perfect. o well its already sweet.

There's two user bases that has put out an online option for Oblivion. It's in the alpha stage last I checked though.

I may be new here, but I'm been playing PC games for a long ass time so I'll give you my opinion. Oblivion for starters, especially since I think all the download content plus The Shivering Isles is now packed in with the original game.
And even though it's old, get Half-Life 2 if you don't already have it, Garry's Mod is great fun and gets better with every version, and other games like Team Fortress 2 nd Day of Defeat make the game oh so much better.
Team Fortress 2 is currently a 'beta,' Valve appearently decided to release it for the PC as the Orange Box version for the 360 has been delayed.
