I have to shamelessly promote one of my favorite sandwiches- A leftover.I use the fixing remaining form Christmas dinner to make myself a sandwich. Rule number one- nothing is ever heated up.
You add cold turkey slices, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and a bit of gravy to your sandwich. I found that the coldness enhances the flavors... Other things can be added, such as stuffing, beans, cookies...
