Would the end of next week timeline include orders with 3 to 5 books, all of which are in stock now, in them? I have two orders that I know have all the books in stock, as of a couple weeks ago now, but neither has shipped yet. I'm guessing orders with more than one book that include the recently stocked delayed books are at the end of your shipping queue?
I know that it’s been really busy but is there something that’s preventing getting shipments out? I don’t ever remember it taking so long to receive books. Was there just tons of orders and lots of delays on books.

You could add a bar on top in the library page (like on gog.com) with many filter options like type (book, doujinshi, cg set), genre (h or not), view (grid, grid with smaller icons, list), mark (hidden, wishlisted, bought, not bought), sorting options (rich like on 2d market), group (by artist, circle, event, parody).This is a really good suggestion the more customizable the better. Having options for my own profile and book collection would really help. A wish list would also be really sweet

About when in may will we be seeing this shipping outThis title and School Love Net have been held up, we were expecting it to arrive at the end of April, however it appears it's stuck in customs for a little while. We're currently trying to get more information on it, Crazy Ben may update once he hears back. Hopefully it won't take much longer at all
Sad face customs is not a nice place to be stuck. I hope that every thing will be okay.
