He's working for Comic ExE (seemingly a child of X-Eros) atm. I just saw a twitter pic of his next work which will be on the 08/25 issue, it is a continuation of his Glasses Breaker chapter. :)

Some artists do that when they move to non-h, but I can only speculate as to why the accounts were removed. In my opinion it feels great, and it retains the cold very well which is a huge plus to me. (In all fairness that may also be in part to the actual pillow, but I am not 100% sure)
Not sure what the actual material is I looked for a tag but I couldn't find it right away, I will assume polyester.
I am actually 100% satusified with FAKKU's first official Daki and I look forward to more with the same quality.
Last thing I wanted to add is that the art just looks stupendous in real life, Napata-Sensei did an amazing job with it.

Too bad no one who bought it returned with review so we know what's like because that price tag definitely puts me off for something that has 0 detail on it (compared for example to official Xblaze pillow which is bit cheaper.)
