Yeah, my brother and I got our copy just yesterday. As a fighting game, it's about average, nothing spectacular and it's riddled with DLC and some balancing issues.
As a game based on the JJBA universe however, it could not get any better. It gets almost all the references and character personalities done properly.

Oh, no DVDs or comics sold. Just local made merchandise like figures, toys and plushes. It's really more of a weab get-together, since small country and what not.
